The source code to concatenate string using the 's' method of string interpolation is given below. The given program is compiled and executed on the ubuntu 18.04 operating system successfully.

// Scala program to concatenate string
// using 's' method of string interpolation

object Sample {
  def main(args: Array[String]) {
    var num: Int = 100;
    var res: String = "";

    res = s"num = $num";
    printf("Concatenated string: '%s'\n", res)
  }
}

Output:

Concatenated string: 'num = 100'

In the above program, we used an object-oriented approach to create the program. And, we created an object Sample. Here, we defined main() function. The main() function is the entry point for the program.

In the main() function, we created an integer number num initialized with 100. Then we concatenated the number with a string using the 's' method of string interpolation. After that, we printed the result on the console screen.
