Program/Source Code:

The source code to demonstrate the math.Floor() function is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

// Golang program to demonstrate the
// math.Floor() function.

package main
import "fmt"
import "math"

func main() {
    var num1 float64  = 10.25
    var num2 float64  = 20.52

    var result float64  = 0

    result=math.Floor(num1)
    fmt.Printf("Result is : %f",result)

    result=math.Floor(num2)
    fmt.Printf("\nResult is : %f",result)
}

Output:

Result is : 10.000000
Result is : 20.000000

In the above program, we declare the package main. The main package is used to tell the Go language compiler that the package must be compiled and produced the executable file. Here, we imported the fmt package that includes the files of package fmt then we can use a function related to the fmt package.

Here, we also included the math package to use math-related functions and created the main() function. The main() function is the entry point for the program. Here, we created 3 floating-point variables num1num2result, which is initialized with 10.2520.520 respectively.

Here, we used the Floor() function of the math package to perform floor operation and print the result on the console screen.
