Program/Source Code:

The source code to calculate the power of a number using the Pow() function is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

// Golang program to calculate the power of a number
// using the Pow() function.

package main
import "fmt"
import "math"

func main() {
    var num float64  = 10.2
    var p float64 =3.0
    var result float64 =0

    result=math.Pow(num,p)

    fmt.Printf("Result : %f",result)
}

Output:

Result : 1061.208000

In the above program, we declare the package main. The main package is used to tell the Go language compiler that the package must be compiled and produced the executable file. Here, we imported the fmt package that includes the files of package fmt then we can use a function related to the fmt package.

Here, we also included the math package to use math-related functions and created the main() function. The main() function is the entry point for the program. Here, we created 3 floating-point variables numpresult, which is initialized with 10.23.00 respectively.

Here, we used the Pow() function of the math package to calculate the power of float number. Here, we calculated the 3.0 power of number 10.2 and print the result on the console screen.
