Here, we will create a set of integer numbers using ListSet collection class. Then we will print elements of the list set on the console screen.

The ListSet is implemented using a list data structure. It stores items in reverse insertion order, which means that the newest item will be stored at the head of the list. It maintains insertion order.

The source code to create a ListSet is given below. The given program is compiled and executed on the ubuntu 18.04 operating system successfully.

import scala.collection.immutable._

object Sample {
  // Main method
  def main(args: Array[String]) {
    var nums = ListSet(87, 70, 60, 30, 20);

    println("Elements of list set:");
    nums.foreach((item: Int) => printf("%d ", item));
    println();
  }
}

Output:

Elements of list set:
87 70 60 30 20

Explanation:

Here, we used an object-oriented approach to create the program. And, we imported Collection classes using below statement,

import scala.collection.immutable._

Here, we also created a singleton object Sample and defined the main() function. The main() function is the entry point for the program.

In the main() function, we created a set nums using ListSet collection. Then we printed the elements of the list set using the foreach loop on the console screen.
