Given a file and we have to define its last access time using C# program.

File.SetLastAccessTime()

This is a method of "File class, which defines the last access time of a file or directory.

Syntax:

File.SetLastAccessTime(path);

Parameter(s):

  1. path - Location of file or directory.

We can set following detail of last access time:

  • Date
  • Month
  • Year
  • Hour
  • Minute
  • Second
  • AM/PM

Note: In above program, we need to remember, when we use "File" class, System.IO namespace must be included in the program.
