The source code to filter the loop counter using the if condition in the for loop is given below. The given program is compiled and executed on the ubuntu 18.04 operating system successfully.

        for( cnt <- 1 to 10 if cnt%2==0 )

            printf("%d ",cnt);
        }

    }
}

Output:

2 4 6 8 10

Explanation:

In the above program, we used an object-oriented approach to create the program. We created an object Sample. We defined main() function. The main() function is the entry point for the program.

In the main() function, we used the if keyword in the for loop to filter the loop counter variable. Here, we used the modulus operator "%" to print even numbers on the console screen.
