Write a Python program to find postive or negative number

I have used python 3.7 compiler for debugging purpose.

num = float(input("Input a number: "))
if num > 0:
   print("It is positive number")
elif num == 0:
   print("It is Zero")
else:
   print("It is a negative number")

Result:

Input a number: -10

It is a negative number
