The source code to convert an integer value to a hexadecimal string is given below. The given program is compiled and executed on the ubuntu 18.04 operating system successfully.

Explanation:

In the above program, we declare the package main. The main package is used to tell the Go language compiler that the package must be compiled and produced the executable file. Here, we imported the "fmt", "strconv" packages then we can use a function related to imported packages.

In the main() function, we created two signed integer variables and one string variable. Then we converted the value of signed integer variables into the hexadecimal string using strconv.FormatInt() and assigned to str variable and then print result on the console screen.
