Her dad has hypertension and her mother has diabetes for 12 years. On examination, she is 160 cm, weighs 76 kg, and physical examination shows acanthosis, hirsutism, her BP is 120/70 mm Hg. Other systemic examination is unremarkable. She is seen by another obstetrician at 10 weeks of gestation and is advised oral glucose tolerance.
