[Meniere’s disease Dilatation of the endolymphatic spaces of the membranous labyrinth causes vertigo for ~12h with prostration, nausea/vomiting, a feeling of fullness in the ear; uni- or bilateral tinnitus, sensorineural deafness (eg fluctuating).
