The key is B. Continue amitriptyline. [depression is important feature of bereavement. Patient may

pass sleepless nights. As this patients sleep has improved it indicate she has good response to

antidepressant and as she still speaks about her husband there is chance to deterioration of her

depression if antidepressant is stopped. For depressive episodes antidepressants should be continued

for at least 6-9 months].
