The key is B. Pernicious anemia. [It may be graves disease with pernicious anemia. Lemon yellow pallor occurs in pernicious anemia. Both are autoimmune disease which favours this association. Hyperthyroidism may cause persistently raised body temperature, weight loss and diarrhea.
