The key is A. Dilated CM. [In dilated cardiomyopathy ejection fraction is decreased (but here

increased which goes in favour of constrictive pericarditis). On the other hand decreased septal wall

thickness favours the diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy. So it seems to be a bad recall!!].
