(A). After 15 min of treating shock, inotropes like dopamin need to be started, if the shock still unresponsive epinephrine for cold and norepinephrine for warm shock should be titrated. Hydrocortisone is considered after 60 min (Catecholamine resistant shock). Other options are used in warm shock and usually after other options are exhausted.
