Chromosomal analysis is indicated in all the following EXCEPT

(A). The specific indications for studies include advanced maternal age (>35 yr) or multiple abnormalities on fetal ultrasound (prenatal testing), multiple congenital anomalies, unexplained growth restriction in the fetus or postnatal problems in growth and development, ambiguous genitalia, unexplained intellectual disability with or without associated anatomic abnormalities, primary amenorrhea or infertility, recurrent miscarriages (>3) or prior history of stillbirths and neonatal deaths, a 1st-degree relative with a known or suspected structural chromosome abnormality, clinical findings consistent with a known anomaly, some malignancies, and chromosome breakage syndromes (e.g., Bloom syndrome, Fanconi anemia).
